Opening for one or two Ph. D. studentships starting in Fall 2011/January 2012
studentship at the Physics Department of the Technical University of Munich in
the group T30f led by Prof. Nora Brambilla, starting in fall 2011/January
2012. The subject of research is: Effective field theories for the Standard
Model, Effective Field Theories for the Strong Interactions, Effective Field
Theories for the study of Heavy Ion Collision and Quark Gluon Plasma

be performed also in collaboration with the Excellence Cluster group “Origin
and Structure of the Universe” established in Munich, and the Quarkonium
Candidates for PhD position are expected to have a master (or equivalent)
degree in particle physics.
